Scrum is not suitable for huge & critical projects. Constant pressure in Scrum environment becomes the reason of disruption in team work and communication & coordination between them. Risk factor, Module Integration Issues, Releases issues,Sprint Duration, Lack of Documentation, Pictorial Model that are the common problems in scrum. For reduction of these issues, creation of new framework R-Scrum (Review-Scrum). Review-Scrum is basically reversion and degenrated form of Scrum. First time in the history of agile methods, we proposed Model Driven Architecture (MDA) in any framework. MDA existence in R-Scrum gives the pictorial model for all stakeholders. Deconstructing the Release phase in R-Scrum is much more interested feature in R-Scrum.
