Chronic back pain is one of the most common and debilitating health problems worldwide. It affects millions of people, limits their quality of life and ability to work, and poses immense challenges for the healthcare system. Despite a wide range of treatment options, many patients continue to suffer from long-term symptoms-often because conventional approaches fail to adequately address the complex nature of chronic pain.
