Samenvatting:

The efficacy of rabies vaccine by using adjuvant due to its documented immunostimulatory characteristics. The immune response was measured through measuring cellular immune response using lymphocyte proliferation test, while humoral immune response was traced using two different assays, virus neutralizing antibodies assay ELISA. The study proved the efficacy of Adjuvant candidate for inactivated RABV administrated parenterally.
