The Count It Up Workout Journal is an excellent way of keeping track of daily exercise. This journal provides monthly calendars to keep track of individual workout sets, tables for creating pre-planned workouts, workout journal pages for recording the results of each workout session, and a notes section for writing and drawing personal training information. There are also generic charts for each month that can be used to map progress of various workout activities, weight loss, body fat percentage, or any other desired items. The workout journal pages provide sections for both resistance training and cardio exercises. Both the weight and number of repetitions, for multiple sets, can be recorded for each type of weight training exercise in the table. The cardio exercise section provides areas for recording distance, duration, heart rate, and calories burned. The workout set pages and workout journal pages include a reference area that can be used to indicate page numbers of exercises found in your favorite book or magazine to help remember where the exercise came from when it was entered into the workout set tables. Each time a workout set is followed the workout set name or reference number can be entered into the monthly calendar section to help keep track of which exercises have been followed each day of the month. There are examples included in the book for each type of table and chart.
