"The Luxury Client's Diaries" is not a textbook or a lecture, but a personal journal. Inspired by reading J.-N. Kapferer, these pages grew out of my fine graphite lines and notes in the margins of his book, transforming into vivid stories about evenings, objects, and choices. Here you won't find dry strategies - only an honest conversation: what it means to be a client, to feel luxury on your skin, to hear its breath in the rustle of pages, to argue with it, and to mark it with the light strokes of my pencil.This book is also a journey. Paris and New York, Kyoto and Panama, Italy and Patagonia: I carry the book with me into planes, hotels, museums, and boutiques - and in every place it becomes my co-author.This book does not promise an easy romance.
