Main Value: The Zhang Gui is a system which provides hardwareand software system for restaurants. Zhang Gui develops cutting edge service that uses IT (Information Technology) system to addresses effective service, taking order, food preparation and doing transaction. Zhang Guisystem has four main products such as a reception computer, customer devices, a transactiondevice and chef device. User Scenario: Zhang Gui system includes two parts. First, the receptionist can use a main computer terminal to sign waiting list for the customers. Second, the customers would get the handheld devices which have a digital menu. Also, the customers can leave the restaurant during waiting time because handheld devices offer call back function to remind the customers back to the restaurant when they are able to have seats.
