Today We Fly, written and illustrated by Amanda MacKay, is a story about overcoming obstacles such as fear and bullying and learning to spread your wings and fly. On a warm spring morning, the baby birds of the cherry blossom tree wake up to a special day - the day they would learn how to fly! However, not all of the baby birds are excited to fly today. Two baby birds remain in their nest, but, with the support of their friends and a lot of courage they just might fly today too!
