Everything around us is just an illusion. The messages we receive from society, and even from our parents, can create fear in who we are. In our judgment, our fear tricks us into believing we are not enough. There is no fear, there can only be love.

Once we recognise and know this, we can step out of the game, we can then feel our power and a sense of our own security in who we are. Now the healing can begin.
