Themes expressed in this collection are love, nature, suffering, aging, loving kindness and compassion, the challenges of a mindfulness and meditation practice in these modern times, impermanence and non-attachment, and the harm caused by non-wise speech. My hope is as one sits to read, the flow of words will unfold the breath creating a meditative experience.
