It covers multiple topics around psychology, spirituality, life events and love. There are 90 poems included in the book. The book is being published after Lernig's sudden passing in 2023. Lernig was very dedicated to her work as a life coach and counselor but she also had a passion for photography and writing. This book is a combination of many theme's that Lernig Welch experienced and embodied throughout her life.
