Educational management is an applied field of management. One can therefore deduce that educational management refers to the application of theory and practice of management to the field of education or educational institutions. Educational administration is a process of acquiring and allocating resources for the achievement of predetermined educational goals. We conclude, the educational management is called as a science or process which based on resources managing to reach the productive education goal according to the planning effectively and efficiently.
