Samenvatting:

When a gorgeous young corpse appears hanging naked from one of the main tourist attractions in Geneva, showing visible marks of being fresh out of a bondage session, the police chief knows who to assign his case to: detective Fred, the inspector who doubles as a dominant in his evenings free of service.
This is inspector Fred's first case, in which we meet his team and his friends - all his legendary skills as a sleuth must be put to use, to try and grab the psycho bondage killer that is making ravages amongst the local youth.
