Oktaha Speaks: The Third Prophecy contains several prophecies of far-reaching impact. Terrorist sleeper cells already within the United States will contaminate its water systems creating 'nuclear soup.' Enemy aerial attacks on the U.S. Quotas on African-Americans to be killed and ghettoes set on fire in a new American civil war conducted by private militias. A great California earthquake will threaten the nation;s economy, water and electrical resources. The states of Oregon and Washington will become island territories. A nationwide drought will cause much famine and death. A large explosion will kill many soldiers on U.S. soil. Corporations will be attacked by domestic terrorists. Native America Chief Oktaharsars Harjo, (Oktaha), continues his prophecies in his conversations with C.B. Fisher through visions, dreams and automatic writing. The social upheavals and cataclysmic events described above are but a preamble to the iconoclastic and positive changes that will take place afterward due to the intervention of Adept Spirits. Everything in the human world will be changed. The elevation of human consciousness above animal desire will eliminate greed, power acquisition and the drive for dominance over others. Politicians will disappear. Child adepts will administer and control all social institutions. Androgen will be the new gender. Animals will inherit the earth. Survivors of the initial calamities will rise from the earth to live in space colonies. We will super-cogitate with our new minds that will be trained and evolved to such a level of perception that we will no longer refer to ourselves as human beings. "The enemy of man is man.
