Samenvatting:

After a lifetime of trauma and a couple decades struggling with substance abuse, I finally started to take the power back. Through a variety of programs, teachings, and guidance I was able to overcome and heal from `a lifetime of pain, frustration and Guilt.

I started working with others, who were struggling and realized, if we are blessed enough to make it out of the fire, we are obligated to reach back in and start pulling other's out.

This is my attempt at reaching back in.
