This book constitutes the proceedings of several workshops which were held in conjunction with the MICAI 2025 International Workshops on Advances in Computational Intelligence, MICAI 2025, held in Guanajuato, Mexico, during November 3–7, 2025.

The 59 revised full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 85 submissions. The first part contains 33 papers from the 18th workshop of Hybrid Intelligent Systems (HIS 2025) and
the first workshop on Evolutionary Computation and Swarm Intelligence (ECSI 2025). The second volume contains 26 papers from the 18th Workshop on Intelligent Learning Environments (WILE 2025), the 7th Workshop on New Trends in Computational Intelligence and Applications (CIAPP 2025) and the first workshop on Challenges in Holistic AI for Real-world Applications and Learning Systems (CHARAL 2025).
