Sharing a part of a life journey (in the first person), sharing the joys, the pains, the conquers and the knowledge. Above all, sharing a message of love, happiness and hope. How life exists in the simple things. What I did to evolve and connect with my essence to allow the healing of my body, my mind and my soul. All combined in a system to use in daily life, to guide the human being to conquer life back by rediscovering the amazing being that lives inside and it's eager to come out and fully express itself.
