The writing of this book is the answer to the many questions that have been asked me during my numerous lectures on Health, Happiness and Success, while touring the United States and foreign countries.
The principal questions that have been asked repeatedly are:
"Why do I appear to look older than I feel?"
"Why do I have the Jeep lines in my face and many wrinkles in my face that do not appear in any other parts of my body?"
"Why do many people look much older than they really are, while others look much younger than their age?"
These questions and numerous others have been asked so many times that I felt it my duty to make a searching study and ascertain the true reasons for these conditions. After a long and patient study of people in many foreign countries, as well as in America, I have at last arrived at a safe and sane explanation and answer to these questions, which answers I have set forth in this book.
