Teaching the special needs child presents a great challenge to teachers. It therefore requires a knowledge of different techniques of behavior management and control. The techniques outlined have been tried and proven effective. Since rehabilitation is the primary focus of the special service schools, the aim is to return the challenged students to general education schools as soon as possible, or to provide guidance and terminal educational training. In order to achieve these goals and objectives, the teacher plays a key role by using curricula that is adapted to the needs of the boys and girls. She or he must employ and methods to change and control disruptive aggressive behavior patterns that block learning. Teachers who show potential and willingness to work with socially maladjusted and emotionally disturbed or challenged or 12:1:1 must receive intensive training
