We need a total change in our way of living, in our way of thinking and feeling. We need to totally change our lives, because indeed, all of us really suffer. We are full of unspeakable bitterness. If we want a definitive change in the circumstances of life, it is necessary for that change to take place first within ourselves. If internally we do not change anything, externally life will continue with its difficulties... It is completely impossible to experience the Being—the Innermost, the Reality—without becoming true technical and scientific masters of that mysterious science called meditation. It is completely impossible to experience the Being—the Innermost, the Reality—without having reached a true mastery of the quietude and silence of the mind.
