São analisados neste trabalho os institutos, as normas e estruturas que formam a União Europeia e o MERCOSUL. A pesquisa dessas organizações e das Constituições de seus Estados-Membros objetiva permitir seu estudo à luz da Constituição brasileira e examinar a possibilidade ou não da aplicação de normas de Direito Comunitário na atual realidade constitucional brasileira. The institutions, rules and structures that form the European Union and Mercosur are analyzed in this work.Objective research into these organizations and the constitutions of its member-states allows for an examination, in the light of the Brazilian Constitution, of the possible application, or not, of the standards of Community law to current Brazilian constitutional reality.A thorough analysis of the institutions, standards and structures that form the European Union and MERCOSUR, whose legal frameworks are analyzed in light of the Brazilian Federal Constitution, with the possibility of application of the rules of Community Law to current Brazilian constitutional reality.
