subMERGED

Every leader who has tried to change how an organization works has hit the same wall. The strategy makes sense. The technology is ready. But the people aren't moving. They don't trust the process, they don't believe this time will be different, and the harder you push, the more they protect what they already know.

subMERGED drops a narrator into the deep end of a bank merger, rising from Director of IT Operations to lead the integration of two organizations that don't want to become one. But the story isn't really about the merger. It's about what happens when you ask people to let go of the way things have always worked and trust something that hasn't been built yet. Three proprietary frameworks emerge along the way, directly from the pressure of getting things wrong and learning in real time.

A business novel about what happens when the systems work but the people don't. About building a culture that prevents crises instead of just surviving them. And about the personal cost of caring enough to do it right.

For leaders navigating digital transformations, organizational restructuring, M&A integration, or any large-scale change, subMERGED offers something most business books don't: a story that shows how the frameworks actually work when the pressure is real, the politics are ugly, and the people involved are flawed, exhausted, and trying their best.
