This Season of Life

What do you need in this season of life? With the same warmth and wisdom found in her popular newsletter, Slow Brew Sunday, Jules Acree meets you in the in-between with 30 thoughtful letters and gentle practices, guiding you to notice what might need to shift . . . even a little bit.

Are you stepping into something new, reassessing your goals, eyeing an overstuffed junk drawer, outgrowing an old identity, or wondering why the habits and routines you once loved aren’t sticking?

This Season of Life is an invitation to tune in to the season you’re in and redefine productivity not as doing more but as creating space for what matters most. Whether you’re feeling the fresh energy of new beginnings or the messy middle of figuring it out, looking for structure that helps you feel grounded, or savoring the everyday joys of a season that already feels good, this book meets you there.

Spend just a few minutes each week with a personal letter from Jules and an exercise tailored to help you take the next small step:

• Notice when you’re stretched thin and saying yes on autopilot + a bandwidth menu to order only what you have capacity for
• Reframe “failure” as a clue to what’s actually right for you + a fill-in-the-blank pep talk that gives you permission to try something new
• Show up before you feel ready, even if it’s a little cringe + a courage check-in for doing it anyway
• Build gentle systems that make it easier to reset when life gets full + a few low-lift habits to bring you back to center

No matter where you find yourself, This Season of Life helps you move through change with clarity, meet overwhelm with ease, and honor identity shifts with compassion.
